Shipping

N54Tuning ships via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FEDEX or Canada Post. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct ship-too address is selected upon checkout, and to ensure that address can be serviced. Packages returned to n54Tuning.com due to incorrect addressing or refusal may result in additional shipping charges.

Returns

To assist in your evaluation of our Tunes, N54Tuning offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied you may return your JB Performance Tuner in its original packaging in like new condition within 14 days of original shipment date for a full refund. Returns are timely by postmark. We do not accept returns on any other products including intakes, CDV, BT Cable, CAN Tool, USB cable, boost gauges, downpipe fix, exhaust components, wheel spacers, paddle shift retrofit, lighting products, tuners sold as used or refurbished, or any other items. Products returned that do not qualify for return or are postmarked after 14 calendar days of original shipment date will become property of N54Tuning with no refund issued. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the returned item was sold as part of a discounted value package any discounts given will be reversed and applied against the returned item.

Returns on exhaust products, charge pipes, FMICs and oil coolers are not accepted. Some exception can be made if product has not been installed and is in original packaging and it has been less then 14-days from delivery of goods. Upgrades

Customers who purchased a tuner directly from N54Tuning within the past six months may qualify for an upgrade credit. To take advantage of this program purchase a higher stage tune within six months and after receipt ship your lower stage tune back within 30 calendar days with a copy of your paypal or credit card receipt. N54Tuning will issue a refund to your paypal account or credit card for the purchase price of your lower stage tune. Policy does not apply unless higher stage tune is at least $100 higher in price than lower stage tune purchase price. Tuners sent in that do not qualify for upgrade (e.g. no record of purchase, it's been longer than six months since you bought the lower stage tune, lower stage tune is returned more than 30 days after shipment of the higher stage tune, etc) will become the property of N54Tuning with no refund issued. Only receipts from Burger Motorsports or N54Tuning will be accepted. Upgrades are timely by postmark. This policy applies to original purchasers only and N54Tuning has the final say in whether or not an upgrade refund will be issued.
